About the event
This session, we'll be exploring the vintage sounds of sixties Stax and Soul with four new tracks for you to learn. Mark will be guesting with his fabulous keyboard skills bringing the authentic Booker T & the MG's sound to our workshop.
Suitable for competent beginner and developing drummers, guitar and bass players.
We'll be playing three classic Booker T instrumentals -
Time Is Tight
Green Onions
Soul Limbo
And the Theme from 'Malizia' as recorded by the Retroscreen Band
A session to bring your effects pedals to, if you have them.
